Klaten Regency BPS Healthy Walk

Walking is a form of exercise that is easy for anyone to do. To fill the healthy Friday event, all employees of the Klaten Regency Central Statistics Agency held a Friday Healthy Walk event. Apart from making the body healthy, healthy walking can also reduce the risk of various chronic diseases, such as diabetes, hypertension and heart disease. Walking regularly is also useful for improving mood, reducing stress, and improving sleep quality. With so many benefits, healthy walking is the right exercise choice for all ages.
