Employment FGD: Education and Labor Mismatch in Klaten Regency

BPS Klaten Regency held a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with the theme "Mismatch between Education and Labor" at the Tjokro Klaten Hotel which was attended by the leaders of the relevant Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD). This event aims to discuss employment challenges in Klaten Regency, namely the gap between educational graduates and job market needs.
In his speech, Rudi Cahyono, SST., M.Si., Head of BPS Klaten Regency, emphasized the importance of collaboration to overcome the educational and workforce mismatch. He emphasized that accurate data is very necessary to understand employment dynamics in the region.
