The total number of departures (embarkations) of commercial air transport passengers from Central Java in February 2024 was 117,103 people, down 4.51 percent compared to January 2024 which was recorded at 122,636 people.
  • The total number of arrivals (debarkations) of commercial air transport passengers to Central Java in February 2024 was 119,689 people, an increase of 4.87 percent compared to January 2024 which was recorded at 114,128 people.
  • Domestic flights are only available at Ahmad Yani Airport, Semarang and Adi Sumarmo Surakarta, while flights are at nggul Wulung Airport, Cilacap, Dewadaru Jepara, JB. Soedirman Purbalingga and Ngloram Blora have not yet opened scheduled domestic flights.
  • International flights only exist at Adi Sumarmo Airport in Surakarta, while flights at Ahmad Yani Airport in Semarang have not yet opened scheduled international flights.
    • The total number of departures (embarkations) of sea transportation passengers via the sea ports of Tanjung Emas, Karimunjawa and Jepara in February 2024 was 21,993 people, down 5.88 percent compared to January 2024 which was 23,368 people. Meanwhile, the number of arrivals (debarkations) of sea transport passengers in February 2024 was recorded at 24,211 people, an increase of 22.56 percent compared to January 2024 which was 19,754 people.
    • The number of non-oil and gas commodity goods unloaded in tonnes at the ports of Jepara, Tanjung Emas Semarang, Tanjung Intan Cilacap, Tegal and Karimunjawa for domestic trade in February 2024 as a whole was recorded at 1,509,304 tonnes, an increase of 24.49 percent compared to January 2024 which amounted to 1,212,400 tons. The number of loadings of non-oil and gas commodity goods in tons through the five large ports in Central Java in February 2024 was recorded at 2,496 tons, an increase of 1,200.00 percent compared to the previous month which was 192 tons.
