Klaten Regency Human Development Index 2023

The publication "Klaten Regency Human Development Index 2023" is an HDI publication with a new calculation method. This change in calculation method began in the 2020 data year. So several data series since 2020 have also experienced changes. make changes to the calculation method by using more precise indicators. The Literacy Rate indicator was deemed no longer relevant so it was replaced with the Expected Years of Schooling Rate. Likewise, Gross Domestic Product (GDP) data has been replaced with Gross National Product (PNB), because it better describes people's income in a region. And the calculation was changed from the Arithmetic Average to the Geometric Average, meaning that the results in one dimension cannot be covered by the results in another dimension. The Life Expectancy (UHH) indicator in 2023 will no longer use the 2010 SP results, but will instead use the 2020 Long Form SP data collection results. So, to realize good human development, the dimensions that make up the HDI must receive the same attention because they are just as important.
