Abstract

The ITK value in Central Java in the first quarter of 2014 was 112.53, meaning that consumer economic conditions had improved compared to conditions in the previous quarter. Based on the constituent variables, the improvement in consumer economic conditions in the first quarter of 2014 was driven by three factors, namely current household income (index value 108.64), the influence of inflation on consumption levels (index value 118.99) and consumption levels of several food commodities and non-food (index value 113.80).
