Abstract

 Central Java's economy, measured based on the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) at current prices in the third quarter of 2015, reached IDR 261,348.3 billion and at constant prices in 2010 it reached IDR 206,981.1 billion.

 Central Java's economy in the third quarter of 2015 compared to the third quarter of 2014 grew 5.0 percent (y-on-y), slowing down compared to the same period in 2014 which reached 5.7 percent. In terms of production, the highest growth was achieved by the Corporate Services Business Field at 10.9 percent. In terms of expenditure, the export expenditure component for goods and services grew 11.1 percent.

 Central Java's economy in the third quarter of 2015 grew by 2.9 percent (q-to-q) compared to the previous quarter. In terms of production, this growth was supported mainly by the Financial Services and Insurance Business Field which grew by 5.5 percent. Meanwhile, in terms of expenditure, it was driven by growth in the Government Consumption Expenditure Component (18.1 percent).
