■In November 2023, there were 721 foreign tourist visits to Central Java, namely 721 visits via Tanjung Emas Port.
■The increase in tourist activity is monitored from the Room Occupancy Rate (TPK). Hotel ROR in Central Java in November 2023 reached 37.48 percent, down 0.49 points year-on-year (y-on-y) and up 2.99 points month-to-month (m-to-m ).
■The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for star hotels in Central Java in November 2023 was recorded at 50.98 percent, an increase of 5.20 points compared to the TPK in October 2023 which was recorded at 45.78 percent. When compared to the same period in 2022, the TPK for November 2023 experienced a decrease of 0.35 points. Meanwhile, the TPK for non-stars in November 2023 reached 23.10 percent, down 0.49 points year-on-year (y-on-y) and up 0.62 points month-to-month (m-to-m).
■The highest TPK for Star Hotels in November 2023 occurred at 4-star hotels, namely 64.28 percent and the lowest for 1-star hotels at 27.82 percent.
■Meanwhile, the Average Length of Stay (RLM) for hotel guests in Central Java in November 2023 was recorded at 1.27 nights, the same as the RLM in October 2023 which was also recorded at 1.27 nights.
■The average length of stay (RLM) for star hotel guests in November 2023 was recorded at 1.38 nights, the same as the RLM in October 2023 which was also recorded at 1.38 nights. In contrast to non-star RLM which was recorded at 1.06 nights, it experienced a decrease of 0.02 points compared to October 2023 which was recorded at 1.08 nights.
